The consumer has a right of withdrawal as follows, provided that the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal act for personal purposes and that this act cannot be attributed either to his commercial activity or to his independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

For contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, which are produced and transmitted in digital form, the 14 (fourteen) day withdrawal period runs from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you may have chosen a delivery method other than that specified in the contract).We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded, and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General remarks

1. Please do not damage or contaminate the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, if possible, together with any accessories and all packaging components. Please use protective packaging if necessary. If the original packaging is no longer available, please choose suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return goods carriage forward.

3. Please note that the above general remarks are not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
